De Repente, Sonho
DE REPENTE, SONHO presented by CECONELLO MOV CIA DE DANÇA is a surrealist journey, a catharsis. It is inspired by the works and creative process of Salvador Dali, who used his own dreams to develop his art, claiming that his paintings were “hand-painted photographs of dreams”. Christine Ceconello's choreography is a waking dream, oneiric images of broken structures, sometimes abstract and seemingly meaningless imaginary events. Investigating processes that happen in our unconscious, bridging the recurring images of the collective unconscious mind.
